By accessing or using Astrabotics, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and business customers.

Astrabotics is an information and marketplace platform that catalogs robots from third-party manufacturers. We display product data, facilitate quote requests, preorder registrations and waitlist signups. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not the seller, distributor or manufacturer of the products listed.

To request quotes or submit preorders you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We compile product specifications, prices and availability from public sources and manufacturer submissions. While we make every effort to keep data accurate, specifications, prices and availability may change without notice. A product listing does not constitute a binding offer.

Submitting a quote request, preorder interest or watchlist signup through Astrabotics is an expression of interest. It is not a purchase contract and does not create a binding obligation on either party. Final terms, pricing and availability are subject to confirmation by the manufacturer or authorized distributor.

Astrabotics does not currently process real-time payments on the platform. Any payment for a robot will be handled directly with the manufacturer or distributor under their terms. We do not hold customer funds.

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, scrape our catalog, interfere with other users, distribute malware, or submit false or misleading information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content on Astrabotics — text, graphics, logos, code and database structure — is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute it without written permission. Manufacturer names, logos and product images are the property of their respective owners.

Astrabotics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for inaccuracies in third-party product data, manufacturer delays, import issues, customs delays, battery transport restrictions, or any loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us directly — currently zero for browsing and quote requests.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
