Preorder & Reservation Terms
How preorder interest, reservations and deposits work on Astrabotics.
1. Expressions of interest only
When you submit a preorder or reservation request through Astrabotics, you are expressing interest in a product. This is not a binding purchase contract. No payment obligation is created by submitting the form.
2. No deposits collected on Astrabotics
Astrabotics does not currently collect deposits, reservation fees or payments. If a manufacturer requires a deposit, that payment will be handled directly between you and the manufacturer or its authorized distributor.
3. Manufacturer terms prevail
Each manufacturer sets its own preorder policies, deposit terms, refund rules and delivery timelines. Astrabotics relays these terms as accurately as possible, but the manufacturer's official terms and conditions always take precedence. Always confirm the final terms directly with the manufacturer before committing funds.
4. Availability and timelines
Preorder windows, estimated shipping dates and production timelines are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. Robotics manufacturing involves long lead times, regulatory approvals and supply chain variables. Astrabotics cannot guarantee delivery dates.
5. Cancellation
Because Astrabotics does not collect deposits, there is nothing to cancel with us. If you have paid a deposit to a manufacturer, your right to cancel or request a refund is governed by that manufacturer's policies and applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
6. Specifications may change
Preorder robots are often early-production or development units. Specifications, features, software capabilities and pricing may change between the preorder announcement and final delivery. Astrabotics publishes the latest known information but cannot guarantee that the delivered product will match every preorder specification.
7. Communication
By submitting a preorder interest form, you agree to receive email updates from Astrabotics regarding the product you expressed interest in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8. Import and compliance
Preorder robots may not yet have full CE marking, FCC certification or local regulatory approval in your country. You are responsible for verifying import eligibility, customs requirements and local usage restrictions before placing a deposit with the manufacturer.
